Three individually unique, handcrafted bamboo bungalows, perched above the water, at the edge of the reef, enabling you to relax in panoramic views of the sea and mangroves. Exceptional ☺ If I could give 1000🌟for this place I would. We spent here five amazing days. Beautiful bungalows with a balcony and view of the ocean where you can relax more than you can imagine. There is also a small chill zone where you can sit on a very comfortable pillow bags 😎 You can use their kayaks for free and go explore the beaches and corals around! Highly recommend it do it. You can also ask Tono (owner or the staff) to rent a scooter with you can go around the Island and explore it's beauty. You can eat here upon request or go to the town for nigh fish market as well. The staff Rama the cat Cora (she is part of the team) and especially Tono is an amazing people. We had a very nice long conversation with him in the late afternoons. Please note this place is for people who like to be on a remote and quiet place away from the people (no shops, no bar, etc.). The town is 15 min away by scooter so take it into consideration when booking this place. Be aware!!!!!!!! The more you stay the more you just do not want to leave... ❤️

Meine Tochter und ich haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt im Paradies. Wunderbare Lage, vom Steg gleich ins Wasser und zum Schnorcheln, gutes Essen, sehr nettes Personal, alles piccobello. Astrid und Tono haben alles für uns organisiert: Ausflüge ( Schnorcheltour ein Must: wunderbarste Korallen und Fische), An- und Anfahrt, … . Ein für die Menschen und die Natur auf Karimunjawa stark engagiertes Paar, das uns warmherzig am Inselleben hat teilnehmen lassen. Einen grossen Dank an die beiden. Wir kommen wieder.

Can it be any better? Perfect in every detail.If you search for a remote place and want to connect with nature this is it.Mas Rama is the best staff making eveything possible. He became a friend after hanging out e.g. at some nights with the guitar.Totally worth it.

My stay at Floating Paradise is one I will never forget. Back to nature in its full essence, combined with the most friendly staff (better known as Rama). The accomodation is uniquely located above the water with both bay view and sea view. Tono is an inspiring host, who values nature and environment over profit. He took me snorkeling with the family, which felt very familiar. He always responded very fast if I had a question. My stay wouldn’t have been the same without Rama. He arranged breakfast, lunch and dinner. He even took me to the barbershop when I asked him. We sang and made music together, surrounded by pure nature. This stay to me was very inspiring and it got me in a mood of total relaxation. I felt at ease and at home. I couldn’t have chosen a better place to spend my time on the beautiful island Karimunjawa. Thank you so much and please continue to give attention to the essence: human beings are privileged to be in nature. Protect and cherish. Woles over and out 🙂

Im Floating Paradise landet man wortwörtlich im Paradies. Einfach nur ein magischer Ort mit wunderbaren Personen!Die wunderschönen nachhaltigen Bungalows liegen etwas außerhalb, weshalb man sich einen Roller leihen sollte, wenn man in die Stadt will. Unserer Meinung nach ist das aber nicht nötig. Am besten genießt man seinen Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen vor Ort. Wer es aktiver mag, kommt definitiv auf seine Kosten: Kajakfahren, Wandern uvm. - unser Highlight war aber der private Schnorchelausflug und das Freilassen der Babyschildkröten ins Meer. Alles war super schnell und unkompliziert von Tono organisiert. Ebenfalls ein Muss: Nachts am Steg liegen und den Sternenhimmel oder das leuchtende Plankton bestaunen!Die Verpflegung war top und den ganzen Tag wird man von dem tollen Rama umsorgt 🙂 In diesen unfassbar schönen Ort, in den Tono sein ganzes Herzblut steckt, und das tolle Floating Paradise-Team kann man sich einfach nur verlieben!Danke für diese perfekten Tage mit Euch 🙂

Perfect place to spend your time in Karimunjawa if you enjoy calmness, beautiful nature and minimalism. The views are absolutely amazing, and the bungalows are simple and beautiful.Tono was a very helpful host and helped us organize different activities, such as a snorkeling trip and a hiking trip. He also made our journeys to and from the island really smooth with organizing a shuttle from Semarang to Jepara, and the boat from Jepara to Karimunjawa. Floating Paradise also offers scooter rental, Kajakfahren, and snorkels. Just note, that this is not a place for everyone - if you are seeking a more luxurious place, don't stay at Floating Paradise. If you love to calm down with amazing views and a minimalist, beautiful bungalow, then this is the perfect place to stay!

We had a greating experience at floating paradise, the place is unique.You can be in contact with the nature 24h.Consider that hot water is not availble (almost everywhere in the island), Aber das ist der Preis, den man zahlen muss, um an diesem wundervollen Ort zu übernachten. Das Restaurant ist nicht verfügbar, Aber das Personal kann etwas Leckeres für Sie kochen. Es gibt Kajaks, um Bobby Beach zu erreichen, was wirklich gut ist, Für andere Orte/Strände/Dörfer sollten Sie ein Auto/ein Motorrad in Betracht ziehen. Die Mitarbeiter können einen Motorradverleih oder eine Abholung des Motorrads sowie einige andere Erlebnisse auf der Insel organisieren. Tono und alle seine Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und Sie können sich wie zu Hause fühlen.

Wir haben dieses Juwel von Tono und Astrid absolut geliebt. Man spürt, dass viel Liebe und Hingabe in dieses Haus auf dem Wasser gesteckt wurde. Das Bambushaus ist gemütlich, schön und ruhig. Wir hatten das Glück, ein paar Nächte alleine dort zu sein, keine anderen Gäste, Aber natürlich ist es schön, gleichgesinnte Reisende zu treffen. Vom Pier aus können Sie direkt ins Meer tauchen (Das Java-Meer ist überall sehr tief) Also schwammen wir jeden Tag. Wir haben das leuchtende Plankton am Bobi Beach gesehen, in der Nähe von Floating Paradise. Keine Klimaanlage, aber ein Ventilator an der Decke und das war völlig in Ordnung. Wir haben ohne Moskitonetz geschlafen, Es gibt eine Anti-Mücken-Spirale zum Verbrennen, um sie fernzuhalten. Tono ist äußerst reaktionsschnell und freundlich: Er hat auch unsere Bootstickets arrangiert, Transport zum Floating Paradise und ein toller Schnorchelausflug plus Roller. Rama ist im Floating Paradise für Sie da, wenn Sie etwas brauchen, und außerdem ist er eine freundliche Seele. Es war ein wahres Paradies! Sehr zu empfehlen, wenn Sie Ruhe suchen, Einfachheit und atemberaubende Natur!

We were there for 2 nights and would have liked to stay longer. The location was perfect, super quiet, unique experience directly on the water and you are all by yourself. Tono was super nice, very familiar atmosphere. We got lots of tips for the island and also a great offer for a private snorkelling tour with Ryan (he was very funny 😄) We can only recommend the tour, there were only 2 of us, Ryan and the captain in the middle of the ocean and on another island. Snorkelling was great! There is also super tasty fresh dinner brought if needed! Breakfast was also great. The time there was really brilliant, we enjoyed every second and would recommend this unique location to anyone. Thank you for everything. Greetz Seifana and Michael 🙂 🏝️❤️

There isn’t a more idyllic and peaceful location than this. The view is breathtaking, the house is super sustainable and has a great design. Staff went above and beyond to make our stay as magic and carefree as possible. I wish I could stay there forever.
